近期感恩、惜福及築夢學苑宿舍反映冷氣冷度不足情形，主要係因近期外氣溫度較往年明顯升高，致空調系統負載增加；三棟宿舍中央空調主機亦陸續出現異常跳脫及保護機制啟動情形，影響整體空調效能。另說明目前總務處並未調高宿舍中央空調溫度設定，空調系統仍維持原有運轉設定方式。

總務處配合維修廠商持續進行檢修與故障排除。惟因學期期間宿舍仍持續使用中，難以進行長時間或大規模停機維修，現階段將以維持空調主機正常運轉為優先處理原則，並視後續檢修結果及所需停機時間，另行規劃相關維修時程，以逐步改善空調運轉狀況。

Recently, residents in the Grateful, Appreciation, and Dream Chaser Dormitories have reported insufficient cooling from the air conditioning system. This is primarily due to a significant rise in outdoor temperatures compared to previous years, which has increased the load on the air conditioning system. Consequently, the central air conditioning main units of the three dormitories have experienced abnormal tripping and the activation of protection mechanisms, affecting overall cooling efficiency. Furthermore, the Office of General Affairs clarifies that the temperature settings for the dormitory central air conditioning have not been raised; the system remains at its original operational configurations.

The Office of General Affairs is working continuously with maintenance contractors to conduct inspections and troubleshoot the issues. However, as the dormitories remain occupied during the semester, long-term or large-scale shutdowns for maintenance are difficult to implement. At this stage, prioritizing the continuous and normal operation of the air conditioning main units will be the primary handling principle. Future maintenance schedules will be planned and arranged based on follow-up inspection results and the required shutdown time to progressively improve the operational condition of the air conditioning system.
