💡 系統操作常見問題 (System Q&A)
- Q1：為什麼申請送不出去，一直跳回原畫面？
A1：請勿使用 Safari 瀏覽器（iPhone/iPad預設）。請務必切換至 Chrome 瀏覽器開啟系統。
(Do not use Safari. Please use Google Chrome to access the system.) - Q2：為什麼檔案無法上傳成功？
A2：限制單一檔案 1MB 內，總檔案 3MB 內。僅接受 PDF、JPG 格式。
(File limit: Max 1MB per file, 3MB total. Only PDF and JPG formats are accepted.) - Q3：為什麼選了檔案送出，卻還是顯示沒成功？
A3：選取檔案後，必須點選【上傳】鈕，在畫面上看到預覽圖片，才算真正上傳。
(After selecting file, you must click 【Upload】. Ensure you see the preview image before submitting.) - Q4：可以去總務處現場直接辦理嗎？
A4：不行。必須先線上申請並上傳文件，收到【審核通過】訊息後才可繳費。

⚠️ 申請前注意事項 (Important Notes)
- 本校全面採用「車牌辨識」管制，取消紙本通行證。使用自動繳費機者，需將收據繳交至事務組始能生效，請多善用線上繳費。
(LPR System implemented; no hardcopy permits. For kiosk payments, the receipt must be submitted to the General Affairs Office.) - 入校通行不保證有車位。若主校區額滿，請停至體育館校區。禁止佔用無障礙車格或違規停車。
(Parking spaces are not guaranteed. If the main campus is full, please park at the Gymnasium campus.) - 校區違規累計達 2 次(含)以上者，將註銷當學年通行權限（費用不退回），並取消「次一學年度」之申請資格。
(Violations exceeding 2 times will result in immediate revocation of access without refund, and suspension of application eligibility for the next academic year.) - 每人僅限申請一組通行車號，車牌異動請至系統辦理變更。

⚠️ 9月16日 16:00 系統準時關閉，逾期恕不再接受申請。
(The system closes sharply on Sep. 16 at 16:00; late applications will not be accepted.) ※ 配合新生日間入住，8/29 - 9/13 期間校園開放通行，暫不收費。

| 三、審核 Application Review |
申請送出後請等候審核(可至系統查詢進度)，通過後方可繳費。

未通過者將以 E-mail 通知補件。
If additional documents are required, you will be notified by email.

申請費用：新台幣 1,200 元整 (Fee: NT$1,200)
1. 線上繳費（強力推薦 ⚡）：申請資料經審核通過後，請回到原申請系統進行線上繳費（信用卡、Line Pay）。17:00 前完成繳費者，隔日生效。 |
| 五、特殊對象 Special Cases |
• 上學期校外實習者 (Off-campus Internship)：仍請於 9/16 16:00 前先上系統申請，待下學期回校上課時再行繳費。 (Please apply before Sep. 16 deadline; payment can be deferred until returning to campus next semester.) • 身心障礙學生 (Students with Disabilities)：上傳本人身心障礙證明，審核通過設定免繳費，車號直接生效。 (Upload disability proof for fee waiver verification.) |
